Shipping policy

Once orders have been shipped by The Lash Guardian all shipping enquiries should be forwarded to Australia Post.
All shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all postage and re-postage of returns and exchanges, as The Lash Guardian does not refund delivery charges, or the cost of returning products except when a product is received faulty.
 

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

Free express shipping is available for orders over $150. Orders under $150 will incur a fee of $10 for express shipping.

All orders dispatched by The Lash Guardian are sent via Australia Post Express Post Service. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business day within the Australia Post network.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

All international orders dispatched by The Lash Guardian will incur a flat rate fee of $25 for shipping via DHL Express. Free international shipping is available for all orders over $150.00. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

Please consider clearance, duties, customs and taxes when ordering. The Lash Guardian does not cover any charges of these charges and it is the sole responsibility of the receiver or purchaser.
